This is not a bimbotic pour out session. I really have an issue :(
You know I have an academically intelligent friend whom I knew since 14/9. We talk and stuff. I say I like him .. but he's so .. not talkative. Sometimes when he leaves me hanging in a conversation, I just feel like he has a low EQ. I just feel the progression is slow.
And that's not the end of the problem. I keep comparing him to the American football captain from another college whom I got to know between 17/9- 26/9. The funny thing is although I knew the captain for such a short while, I felt like I was in love with him.
I don't know what to do. I'm not a flirt (am I?). I'm trying to forget the captain, but he messaged me about a week ago to ask if I miss him.. I'm confused, what am I suppose to feel. I'm taking my time to know the smart guy. I don't want to rush things and act on impulse.
Should I just concentrate on my studies and act like I don't want to know them any further? Life is so hard in college since there are so many cute guys.

I feel for you. U must be carrying such a heavy burden what with college life and the choices. I am very proud of you pouring out ur troubles here.
First of all, i think yes you're a flirt. But dont worry, its not a bad thing. Its good that u mentioned abt how you dun want to act on impulse. However, at some point of time, you should just do what ur heart tells you. listen to ur heart. Just do wadevr it says and wad u think is for the best.
